Missing "Remaining anonymous online" section

It use to be in the "Internet Connections" menu but it was converted to "Visit blocked websites" but there is no specifics on anonymity now. There is a reference to "Remaining anonymous online" inside Comunication->"Protect the privacy of your online communication"->"Use secure chat"
