"Please enable remote control on the robot!"-error with simulated UR robot

Hi guys,

I want to test stuff using ur_rtde with a simulated UR5e 5.9.3 robot (virtual machine), but am experiencing an "Please enable remote control on the robot!"-error (thrown from rtde_control_interface.cpp#L27). The problem is that, as far as I know, there is no remote control mode on the simulated robot. It looks like the remote control check was introduced by b0a38a27.
