Bullet 2.86 interface change.

Bullet 2.86 has a new interface to some of the collision stuff. In revision 6183 there was a fix such that the Bullet simulator compiles with the new interface. The new BtRWCollisionConfiguration::getClosestPointsAlgorithmCreateFunc right now just throws an error which means that the simulator fails at runtime instead. The new function needs to be implemented somehow.
