Add parent MDS handle to MdibEntity

In multi-MDS MDIB instances every descriptor and state report needs to include information about parent MDS. This information shall be accessible from the MdibEntity class.

Add another field to MdibEntity named mdsHandle and populate the field on MDIB description insertion.
