'DelaunayTri' isn't defined randomly during export

I've tried to attempt to port one of the Star Revenge hacks (any of them), but upon doing so, it will get a little bit in and then eventually error out saying NameError: name 'DelaunayTri' is not defined. I know it isn't a requirement fault as I installed all the needed requirements through pip. I'm really just wondering if it's an issue with the ROM (being unportable without recreation) or if it's something wrong with the scripts (or my Python install, even).
