Moving the page image is not possible for initial image display

When I zoom into the page image (so only a part of the full page is shown), it is possible to move the image with the mouse to show a different part (right click and mouse move on Windows, control + mouse click and mouse move on MacOS).

The initial image details (also shown after "reset zoom") also show only a part of the full page, but it is not possible to move the image to show a different part.

Either "reset zoom" should show the whole page image, or it should not disable moving the detail image.
