Make it easier to paste images

Make it easier to paste images (like in most other applications).

For example:

• Copy an image e.g., from a website
• Go to a Scribus document
• Press Ctrl-V

What happens:

Nothing.

What should happen:

The same as if I manually did the following four steps in this order:

• Create a new image frame
• Right click the image frame, select Content -> Paste Image from Clipboard
• Right click the image frame, select Image -> Adjust Frame to Image
• Right click the image frame, select Image -> Adjust Image to Frame
