0.4.9 MSI installer attempting to access files that do not exist

After uninstalling StarFab through control panel, I attempted to reinstall with the 0.4.9 MSI installer. The installer asked to use admin privileges to edit files (accepted). Then after it updated component registries it flared an error saying it does not have access to "C:\Program Files (x86)\StarFab" claiming it needed an administrator to read it. That file does not exist in my x86 folder. MSI 0.4.8 does work, and installs everything correctly, though it throws the same error when trying to update.
