DataPack not processing

Starfab currently gets stuck on the "Processing DaraCore" and CPU usage drops down to 0%. On the video guide - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5unXj1Pnuis&list=PLIOcmRvEHwLokYRZT1wifeNaI3FsDwv4V&index=1 - , there was a suggested fix but it includes a file name that seemingly does not exit.
