`SCLocalization.gettext` should use case-insensitive search

I found at least a couple of cases in Data/Libs/Subsumption/Platforms/PU/System/Stanton/stantonsystem.xml which are indicative of the game performing a case-insensitive search.

Check for example stanton4 but Stanton4c
