Show weekly usage for an allocation
My.scinet shows the usage in core years and number of jobs for users in an allocation and its total since the beginning of the allocation. For example, the rrg-peltier-ac allocation (https://my.scinet.utoronto.ca/allocations/rrg-peltier-ac) has 508.9 core years of usage since 2024-04-01 as of today (2024-08-08). In addition to this total usage since the allocation started, it would be nice to have this data weekly either in tabular format as it is now or as a plot with the data easily extracted from it (or both). That would give us a better idea on how bursty a particular allocation is, or how much above/below the allocation a group is using weekly. Let's say you have 1560 core years of allocation. That means 30 core years should be used weekly. A plot with the weekly usage compared to this base line would be very useful and could even help us decide on scheduler reconfiguration.
