Some uicontrol such as text and editbox does now support scroll by mouse wheel
Bug Description
I notice that the GUI frames are not "scrollable" when the mouse cursor is placed over a certain uicontrol such as text and edit box, while pushbutton are ok.
Example of figure below, when the mouse cursor is placed over the buttons or the empty space on the right, I could use the middle mouse roller to scroll down, while when the cursor is over the textboxes, the frame does not scroll when I scroll the middle mouse roller.
