New schemas in Xcos are not set with simulator parameters defined by default

BUG DESCRIPTION:

New schemas in Xcos are not set with simulator parameters defined by default.

They are not those defined in the preference xcos parameters by default

ERROR LOG:

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
-------------------------
Define a set of parameters in the Preference menu of xcos.
Save and open a new xcos diagram.
Have a look of paramameters in this diagram (Simulation -> SetUp)

It was correct using scilab 5.5.2
