No Scilab-6.1.0 on linux Ubuntu 19.04 and Opensuse leap 15.1.

BUG DESCRIPTION:

Hello all,
On linux Ubuntu 19.04 64 bits problem to install Scilab (mail from Antoine Monmayrand),
also same problem with Opensuse leap 15.1.
It seems that this problem is : libncurses.so.5 is not in linux Leap and Ubuntu.
If you install libncurses on you linux no problem after : libtinfo.so.5.9 is in usr/lib64 and is giving by libncurses.
With Opensuse another problem : No libldap-2.4.so.2 but you have libladp.so ; to fix this problem :
Do : su root
ln -s /usr/lib64/libadp.so /usr/lib64/libladp-2.4.so.2
