scipython installation failure

BUG DESCRIPTION:

I'm having an issue while trying to install the Scilab Python Toolbox (scipython). 
The installation progress seems to finish alright but when i try to restart Scilab it fails to launch and shuts down itself. I have to clear the roaming file in order to run scilab again.
I had no issue running it on the same PC 6 months ago.
I use the last version of scilab 6.0.1, on windows home edition x64.
