Datatips does not clip outside axes bounds

BUG DESCRIPTION:

Datatips are not clipped when its anchor point go outside the axes bounds while zooming.

HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:

param3d();
insert a datatip
zoom in until the datatip anchor go outside axes bounds
