UI improvements on contacts list

Description

Two ideas for improving the contacts list UI:

  1. A bit of padding on the left side of the icons
  2. Also a tiny bit more padding between the icon and the name.

For these two, have a look at the Slack UI for inspiration:

  1. Show the name of the contact/profile center aligned with the icon as long as there's no conversation to show the star of
  2. Reintroduce the option to change the width of the contacts list, which was possible before but not anymore.
