Folder Smart Mirror copies only files

Hi, I tried to use folder Smart Mirror feature, however I get only files in folders root copied, and no single subfolder. Also updating source folder does not work as well: I've tried to create a new file, but it wasn't copied to the destination.

Could you please help me to fix that?
