Superseded: Add Option to Keep Epoch, in repo doc db

Superseded by: Merge Request #21 Add keep epoch env var no global rtn&fix issue 74 (avoid overwrites in ~/sources)

Keeping the epoch in the "repo doc db" will be useful for version comparison and might prevent potential bugs related to duplicate package names (i.e. field one of the repo doc db). For reasons of back compatibility the default is to strip the epoch from the "repo doc db"
