The test::create function in basic-test.cpp returns true if a quiddity fails to be created
This means that a quiddity can fail to be created and the quiddity::test::create function will still report the test as sucessful.
There is a comment that says
// true because some quiddity may not be created because of a
// missing resource
near the line. It might allow tests to run and succeed even when a user does not have the right configuration to create a quiddity.
We probably want to keep the tests runnable for a subset of switchers functionalities but this can hide issue and make things silently fail.
