Discolored bar on scan CanoLide 200 from 1.0.25 onwards

Me and this user from https://askubuntu.com/questions/996666/canon-canoscan-lide-200-scans-with-a-black-bar/1003753 thread has identical issue with scanning.

In the thread, the user implied that it works with older sane backend. Wich is true, on ubuntu 16.04 the scanner works flawlessly.

It's a bug and should be fixed.

I can provide additional information if needed.

The ubuntu xenial sane backeds version is 1.0.25 ( scanner works ) and my current sane version is 1.0.27 ( scanner creates black bar )

This is my scans and you can see, the discolored bar is present on the same place as the guy on askubuntu, the scanner works fine on windows and macos too.
