plustek: CanoScan N650u is not discovered

Hi,

I have a report in Fedora https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1750899 , where user cannot scan with his CanoScan N650u scanner. I have the debug logs for normal run of scanimage scanimage_L_log and with SANE_USB_WORKAROUND enabled scanimage_L_log_workaround, because the errors looked similar like in issues where SANE_USB_WORKAROUND helped, but it did not in this case.

The sane-backends version is 1.0.27.

Would you mind looking into it? Is there something more I can get from the user?
