## Meaning of blue tint
A scan of a white A4 with one line of black text will turn the white background into a blue tint. So anything white turns into a blue tint when scanned.
## Good (no blue tint)
Scanning on the Epson WF-C5790 directly to a USB stick inserted in the Epson WF-C5790 (pdf, jpg and tiff are all good)
Scanning with VueScan over the network (pdf, jpg and tiff are all good)
## Bad (all scans are blue tinted):
Scanning with Epson imagescan over the network (pdf, jpg and tiff are all bad/blue tinted)
Scanning with simple-scan over the network (pdf, jpg and png are all bad/blue tinted)
Scanning with xsane over the network (pdf, jpg, png and tiff are all bad/blue tinted)
