add ID information for Avision AV186+ and AV188 sheetfed USB scanners

Some time ago I had an Avision AV186+ sheetfed scanner at my disposal and had an opportunity to test if avision backend supports it. Luckily it does, so I'd like to share the patch introducing support for mentioned scanner. Also, AFAIK, AV188 is a successor of AV186+ and most probably would be compatible too (although I didn't test it).
