sane 1.0.32 (from PPA) prevents installation of WineHQ

It seems, the reason is, that perl is not multiarch, but sane seems to think so.

After reverting to the distro's version of sane, I could reinstall WinHQ in the end. But now I can't upgrade to sane 1.0.32. Follow the thread from here for the details: https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=36119#p135888

I discovered the Problem on Ubuntu 20.04. For testing I than tried this first in my backup machine, which is Ubuntu 18.04.
