Pixel alignment issue with CanoScan 9000F mk2

Hi!

I am trying to scan film and it somehow pits the pixels in the wrong place.

This is a crop from a 4800dpi scan, the same happens at 2400dpi. With 1200dpi it happens but with pnly 2 ghost images instead of 4, and on 600dpi it looks fine. Haven't tried 9600dpi.

This only happens when scanning film with the Transparency Unit, scanning with Flatbed is perfectly fine.

This also does not happen in VueScan (indicating the scanner itself isn't broken or has corrupted firmware or something weird), but it does happen trough both scanimage and xsane. It also doesn't depend on selected file format.
