[fujitsu] RFE: Enabling JPEG support

Hi,

I have a report in Fedora where the user is using fujitsu backend with JPEG support enabled and it works for him.

I see in the changelog JPEG support was enabled and disabled twice, staying disabled since 2009. I don't have any fujitsu scanner, so I cannot verify the support. Would it be possible to enable JPEG support in fujitsu backend? It can be done by removing SANE_JPEG_DISABLED macro.

If there are some checks which the user can run to verify JPEG support is okay, I'm willing to help out.
