ScanJet 5300C - avision driver - openSUSE Leap 15.2 - Scanner problem with Paper size

If I try to scan e.g. an A4 page (210 x 297 mm) in 200 x 200 dpi, scanning works. In the basic menue the following parameters are shown: 1648 232624 (11,0MB) 209,49 mm x 296,16 mm

In the XSane previewer of the scan the size is indicated as 1648 * 4652 pixel, ..., 200 dpi x 200 dpi

If I save the scanned as page .pdf it has the double height (as indicated by the above values)

The problem occurs with simple-scan and XSane Scanner Tools.
