Canon LiDE 200: 75 dpi and 100 dpi scans with wrong vertical stretching

Hi,

wrong vertical stretching (75 and 100 dpi) with 1.0.31:

$ scanimage --resolution=75 -o image-75dpi.jpg

Correct stretching (150 dpi and higher):

$ scanimage --resolution=150 -o image-150dpi.jpg

This issue affects the preview used by graphical applications and is a regression to 1.0.30.
