Canon PIXMA MP495 works up to 600dpi but 1200dpi image data appears interleaved

Hello!

I would like to report that my Canon PIXMA MP495 works alright up to 600dpi resolution with sane-pixma backend. However, with 1200dpi resolution (maximum supported resolution) the resulting image data appears somehow interleaved. The same issue affects both color and grayscale modes. Tested with Sane v1.0.27 from Ubuntu 18.04.1.
