Avision AV600U --source='ADF Front' is not working.

I'am trying to make AV600U work on raspberry pi 2 with Raspbian 10 (buster).

I can successfully scan from glass without the problem.

When I'am trying to scan with --source='ADF Front' parameter scanner seems to do preparations for start but scanimage throwing scanimage: sane_start: Error during device I/O.

After this error I have to disconnect/reconnect scanner to usb port in order to restore it's working order.

scanimage -V output:

scanimage (sane-backends) 1.0.27; backend version 1.0.27

scanimage -L output:

device `avision:libusb:001:011' is a Avision AV600U flatbed scanner

sane-find-scanner output:

found USB scanner (vendor=0x0638 [AVISION], product=0x0a13 [AV600U]) at libusb:001:011
found USB scanner (vendor=0x0424, product=0xec00) at libusb:001:003

SANE_DEBUG_AVISION=128 SANE_DEBUG_SANEI_USB=128 scanimage -vvv --source='ADF Front' 2> log > pnm log file: log

Please advise.
