WIP: Give correct error for deleted base DNs

This patch makes Samba behave more like Windows for a base DN that is deleted.

However, we need tests written to be sure, and to ensure we keep this new behaviour.

This, when finished, will make the visualize_drs tests less flappy, as they incorrectly assumed the NO_SUCH_OBJECT behaviour
