vfs_audit: Extend list of recognized syslog(3) facilities
and wrap them into #ifdef's. That list should be comprehensive enough to cover most of the existing OSes.

The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
