build: Remove tests for getdents() and getdirentries() 



These date back to 3a9beef2 in 2003 and
829e72fe in 1998 and appear to be related
to smbwrapper.

More of these should be removed but the getdirents() test caused a timeout
on an ARM builder in Debian.  It might just be a fluke but the tests are
pointless regardless.

    No need really, the various Debian builders have been failing with the same error on all sorts of things in the same way, it wasn't this but it is worth slowly removing these pointless tests.

    OK. I've applied it anyway because most of the failing tests were here. I hope the buildd are now stable.

    All that said, if by some miracle it helps then by all means file a bug and I'll backport it, to save you carrying the patch.
