SMB3 Posix Extensions

This is a selection of the SMB3 Posix patches that are (IMHO) ready to merge. These patches add Query file/dir for posix, some basic client support, and some testing. A couple tests are disabled because we aren't correctly handling posix paths (special chars and case sensitivity).
