s3:lib:system - add procfd paths for FreeBSD

O_PATH support is now in FreeBSD 13 and we have equivalent of /proc/self/fd through fdescfs in same release. This PR adds a couple of patterns for the fdescfs mounts (to give administrators options) and validation that it is a fdescfs mount. This is a non-default configuration for FreeBSD and so we may need to probably expand documentation.
