Set assignee of "single task" process automatically
- On creating a single-task process there only exists a single task and in the UI we do not display the process holding this task.
- As soon as a second task is created the UI now shows the surrounding process but no assingee for the process is set.
- We check and alert on the dashboard whenever there exist processes without assignee because this could lead to forgotton tasks.
- Usually, when creating a process, the default is to set the current_user as assignee (may be changed in create dialog).
Currently the dashboard will show an notice for almost every "single-task" process with more than one task as it is very easy to forget to set a process assignee.
Therefor, on creating the second task in a "single-task" process, the current_user should be set as assignee for this process. It is always the current_user even if another user is set as assignee of the task added.
