Disabled and Update Data Fields when another user is editing
When I start working on a data field in a task, as a use I do not see whether another user is currently working on the same data field (like a text field for meeting notes during a meeting). Furthermore, I do not see whether the content of a data field has changed after I have loaded the page.
This should be avoided in future.
If another user is editing a data field at a process page where the a user is currently active: for the active user the affected data field should be disabled and the in the small line at the bottom of the data field should be written "User XY bearbeitet ..." (if possible the dots are animated / blinking for the experience of "currently working on"). The use is NOT able to active the data field as long as it is blocked by the other user.
Once the other user has left the data field, the data field should be udated with the new content. Eventually in the small line at the bottom of the data field appears an orange dot - that the cuser can see that there happened some changes after he have loaded the page. The orange dot disappears once the user edits the field as well (or leaves the page...).
