Some Gentoo builds have recently started to fail
@ijansky I've noticed that some of the Gentoo builds are failing regularly now. I suspect the salt-bootstrap needs to be updated in some way. The errors aren't the same across all of the failures (both master builds are the same). Here's the last build, for example:
