Provide an aarch64 build

Provide an aarch64 (ARM 64-bit) build suitable for use on Xperia XII devices.

I can see that aarch64 has been added to the CI configuration, so I'm hoping it's on its way already. From a manual build I'm finding it runs fine on my device without modification.
