Clean up python component repo

  • Add saferatday0 pipeline includes where applicable (gitlab, detect-secrets, etc.)
  • Add saferatday0 pre-commit hooks where applicable
  • Add compiled README if project has pipelines
  • Switch LICENSE to Apache 2.0 (add to LICENSE, add NOTICE file)
  • Update license headers to Apache
  • Remove brettops references (brettops, BrettOps, brett, ops, ...)
  • Add description, e.g. "Do something with project" including link if possible
  • Update title in README ("ansible component")
  • Add paragraph or two explaining what component is/does to README
  • Add examples/ directory
  • Link to real world examples from README
  • Add project topics
  • Remove copyright year from license headers
