Incorrect --attach-closing-while behavior with --break-blocks

$ astyle --version
Artistic Style Version 3.4.6

With test.c:

int x;
do {
    x = 1;
}
while (func(foo,
            bar));

Run astyle --break-blocks --attach-closing-while test.c, then the result is following:

int x;

do {
    x = 1;
} while (func(foo,

              bar));

I think this should be like the following:

int x;

do {
    x = 1;
} while (func(foo,
              bar));
