feat(layout): add support for default logo and navigation config tokens

Introduced `RXAP_LOGO_CONFIG_DEFAULTS` and `RXAP_NAVIGATION_LAYOUT_CONFIG_DEFAULTS` tokens to provide default configuration values for the logo and navigation layout. Updated `LayoutService` and `LogoService` to use these tokens.
