Fix give and set cost not using global or entity cost. It should work so entities.yml overrides commands.yml which overrides config.yml. Also give will multiply by the amount parameter. Did not make set multiply by the amount being set in hand yet.

Also added special handling of EXPERIENCE_ORB and FIREWORK_ROCKET to drops. Now a fireworks show will be displayed. Still have to add an option to drop the actual firework items if desired so for now it shouldn't be possible to drop fireworks, only display them.

- Add new config options for advanced redstone detection and max depth for it to use. The higher the max depth the more lag it can cause but the further it will try to detect power.
- Cleanup some comments.

Fix invert_redstone particles. Add redstone_particles config option to disable particles, enabled by default. Increase version to 3.0.10. Related to #60
