Lay-out issues when playing on the phone

There are several issues with the card mat, if you use wdebelek on the phone. Basically the web page is 'too wide', so that the button to progress to the next game (⏩) falls off the screen.

Also, if you review the previous trick, or the collected tricks of a team after the game, the modal dialog is too wide, so that the close-button is not visible.

This can be solved by swiping your page to the left, but this shouldn't be necessary.
