How to add settings (in storage/metadata chapter)

You could add information on how to add settings via settingtypes.txt for mods. For uniqueness I recommend you to prefix setting names with the mod name and a dot, example: https://github.com/HybridDog/sumpf/blob/master/sumpf/settingtypes.txt
