/dupeip not working as intended

Environment: Litebans 2.3.11 PaperSpigot, 1.13.2 Running server behind proxy (Waterfall)

Issue Description: When the /dupeip command is run, all players which ever joined the server show up in the list. I am connecting with my private home network (wifi) and no other player has access to it. Server is run in an external datacentre on a dedicated machine. Only Litebans bukkit is installed (No bungeecord version). Attached is my proxy config, and LiteBans config
