Excluding a server from '*'

Issue Description:

I am having an issue with a very specific environment I'm trying to setup.

Litebans is installed on our bungee instance, and the config states:

default_server_scope: '*'

This can't be changed. When a user is banned they are usually banned with the scope *, however out of the 10 servers connected to this bungee, I would like one server to be exempt from *, as it is on the same bungee network, however it uses it's own litebans database.

How can I accomplish this keeping in mind the environment I'm aiming for?

PS: I understand that one of my solutions is to remove the litebans plugin from the BungeeCord instance. I am looking for a solution that doesn't require that. Or perhaps a feature request if that's not possible. <3
