With Random Procedural Core enabled, chat messages are only sent to self even when they are not whispered

Hi, I'm running FVTT 11.307 and DnD 5e 2.3.1, hosted on the Forge. Random Procedural Core is at 1.0.4

I noticed that with Random Procedural Core enabled, any message type and sent through the chat is automatically whispered to myself (same for players), as if I had type /w first. I ran Find the Culprit and it turns out that happens with Random Procedural Core enabled, all other modules disabled. So it looks like it may be a problem with that module. Could you look into this ?
