Feature request: UI design: Customizing the OpenTodoList spot color

Would it be possible to add an option to OpenTodoList's setting dialogue to customize its (currently green) spot color to a different color?

I certainly do not dislike the current green tone, it's rather the idea that such a feature would make it possible to choose colors that are already part of the OS platform's native UI, so one could come closer to a native platform look. - Thanks a lot!
